Mat Pilates Taylor Beckmann

Taylor is a comprehensively certified Pilates instructor. Her love for Pilates began as cross training for her dance career. She believes Pilates is the best way to optimize strength, conditioning, and mindful movement. You can find Taylor teaching private and small group classes across NYC and seasonally in Montauk. 

Taylor teaches in a contemporary style with an emphasis on anatomically understanding the body in order to maintain safe and effective form. Her classes are challenging and will leave you feeling stronger, longer, and proud of your body!
