Hybrid HIIT is a fast-paced strength and conditioning class built around circuit-style training and HYROX-inspired movement. You’ll rotate through stations using the rower, ski machine, weights, resistance equipment, and bodyweight exercises to build strength, power, speed, and serious endurance.
This class is designed for both women and men, with smart progressions that meet you where you are—and a coach who will absolutely try to take you somewhere harder. Expect heavy lifts, heart-pumping cardio, nonstop movement, and yes, burpees, because JazZzy apparently took your plans for the rest of the day personally.
Come ready to work. Leave stronger, sweatier, and slightly offended by the ski machine.
