DanceBody: Sculpt

The DanceBody workout fuses together dance-inspired sculpt exercises for functional, full-body conditioning that's both fun and effective. Our dancers-turned-instructors move you in new ways to strengthen your body, mind, and spirit. This 50-minute class will focus on dynamically moving with power and resistance for the ultimate burn. Moving quickly in order to keep a high heart rate, this class is an athletic challenge that delivers a dancer’s toned physique. Supportive sneakers required.
