Maya Jade Frank’s journey began on the Broadway stage, performing in shows such as "Mary Poppins," "Evita," and "Les Misérables." Performing 8 shows a week instilled in her a deep appreciation for movement, discipline, and the powerful sense of community that comes from shared artistic expression. This passion naturally evolved into a career in fitness and wellness, where she could blend her love of movement with a commitment to empowering others.

Maya’s career as a Pilates & movement trainer has taken her across major cities, including Los Angeles, New York City, the Hamptons, and London. She served as the Lead Trainer at BALA's NYC pop-up studio, guiding clients toward balance, strength, and resilience. As Lead Pilates Instructor at the University of Southern California (USC), she designed and taught classes tailored to athletes and dancers, enhancing performance while fostering injury prevention through mindful movement.

Her expertise extends to renowned institutions such as Soho House, Broadway Dance Center, Good Point Pilates, Yours Space and the ORRO App. 

Maya’s unique teaching style focuses on building strength through intentional movement while cultivating mental clarity and self-awareness. She is passionate about creating inclusive, supportive spaces where students of all levels can thrive.
